Jason is the General Manager and co-founder of Logic Plus, a leading IT Support Business in Adelaide.
Jason is renowned for his people and customer management skills as well as his thirst for success for both himself and his business ventures.
Previously, Jason has served as Director of Logic Films and Logic Finance
Jason holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and qualifications in Electrical Engineering with a number of Microsoft certifications.
Mr Robert (Bob) Crabbe
Founder / director
Bob has over 35 years in chief executive roles with Australian and multinational corporations, including South Asia.
Bob is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has held lead and team roles in many M&A transactions in the technology distribution, industrial products and health sectors.
Bob currently serves as a Director of Tennyson Property Management Pty Ltd (health assets), Logic Plus Pty Ltd, (Information Technology Services), North East Specialist Centre Pty Ltd (health assets) and Minda Housing Ltd (disability).
Bob is Chair of Ashford Cancer Research, Adelaide Cancer Centre.
Bob is the Managing Director of his small consultancy practice, Direct North Advisory.
Bob was formerly Chair of a teleradiology operation with multinational scope.
Mr Craig Farrow CA
Craig Farrow is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years Corporate Governance experience.
Other current roles include Chairman/Partner Brentnalls SA Chartered Accountants, Chairman AIRR Holdings Ltd, Centre State Exports and Doctors’ Health SA Limited, Director Australian Technology Innovators.
In 2012 Craig was President and Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and in 2013 and 2014 Executive Chair of the merger project forming Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
As a founding Director of ASX listed M2 Telecommunications Ltd, Craig was Chairman 2006 through to 2016.
Career specialties include Strategy and Governance, Business Advisory, with core experience in the Health, Agribusiness and Technology sectors, and has been involved in excess of 30 corporate transactions
A/Prof Susan Neuhaus
Susan is a specialist surgeon with over 30 years in clinical practice. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide and actively involved in research and academic surgical practice.
Previously, Susan completed an Army career spanning over 20 years, serving as a staff officer, unit commander and clinician, reaching the rank of Colonel. She remains actively involved in Veterans issues.
Susan has a strong interest in the strategic implications of operational health care and is widely published on issues of strategic and defence health.
Susan has broad experience as a non-executive director, across the not-for-profit, profit-for-purpose, healthcare and defence sectors. Susan is the current President and Chair of the South Australia-Northern Territory Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (RACS) and former member of Federal Council of the Australian Medical Association (AMA)
Dr Garry Taylor
Garry has worked across multiple CEO, Director and business management roles.
Garry’s previous positions include State Manager of Primary Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging (Victoria) and CEO of Benson’s Radiology.
Major accomplishments include the establishment, fit-out and operation of a comprehensive Radiology Department at Western Health’s Sunshine Public Hospital, Victoria and the successful grant application to the Australian Government that resulted in the establishment of South Australia’s first integrated multidisciplinary GP Super Clinic and University Medical Teaching and Training Facility in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs as well as a similar facility at Mt Barker, South of Adelaide.
In more recent times Garry has built a small consultancy, recruiting and credentialing doctors for placements in Australia.
Mr Nicholas Kohler
Nicholas Kohler has been in practice as an accountant since 2000, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2005.
Nick holds formal professional qualifications in accounting, finance, taxation and SMSF advice.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Finance (University of Adelaide), Graduate Diploma (ICAA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Master of Applied Taxation from the Australian School of Taxation (UNSW)
Nick is involved with a variety of industries including many professional clients with significant involvement in the medical sector. Nick is interested in developing a solid understanding of client’s businesses and working with them closely so that he can help them grow.
Mr Kevin Osborn
Kevin has had a distinguished career as a Senior Vice President with Bank One (now part of J P Morgan Chase).
In more recent times Kevin has established himself as professional non-executive Director previously serving as Deputy Chairman of Bendigo Adelaide Bank and Calgary headquartered Viterra Inc . He has been involved in some of Australia’s largest mergers and acquisitions.
In 2019 Kevin was awarded the AICD Distinguished Fellow award for his outstanding contribution to the progression of Australian Governance through is formal appointments and extended activities.

Mr Anthony J. Yacoub
Anthony commenced his career as a Medical Radiation Practitioner in the community and private hospital sector before embracing various clinical and operational leadership positions in Radiology. He has experience as a Chief Radiographer, Area Manager and Project Manager in corporate organisations.
Anthony has been involved in corporate acquisition, integration and operational auditing projects; including establishing greenfield sites
Since 2016, Anthony has been affiliated with the University of Sydney as a Clinical Associate Lecturer and recently as a casual Consultant Academic.
In addition to his professional and academic life, Anthony voluntary contributes to numerous community, charitable and not-for-profit organisations as a chairperson, governing board member, director and advisor. Anthony joined Radiology Across Borders (RAB) in 2019, where he assists in the TIDEs Project.
