About the Role

Coastal Medical Imaging, part of the Carlisle Health Group is located in the vibrant beachside suburb of Currimundi, is searching for a Site Manager/Lead Radiographer to guide our team.

This is a pivotal position where you’ll oversee the smooth, efficient, and high quality delivery of imaging services across the practice. Our site is fully comprehensive and supported by an onsite Radiologist who is highly approachable, collaborative, and closely connected with the team. As a valued member of our imaging team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver and maintain a high-quality, efficient medical imaging service for patients and referrers.
  • Coordinate, mentor, and supervise the radiography team.
  • Develop and manage clinical rosters that support team wellbeing and service needs.
  • Ensure safe, effective use of imaging equipment, promptly escalating issues when required.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists, modality supervisors, admin staff, and upper management.
  • Lead with empathy while overseeing daily operational management and customer service excellence.
Background and Experience
  • Current AHPRA registration and QLD Radiation Licence.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • An experienced radiographer with strong clinical expertise.
  • Approachable, self-managed, and committed to maintaining an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and fostering a positive team culture.

An opportunity has opened at our Clearview Medical Imaging practice in Fairfield. We’re excited to welcome a qualified Sonographer to join our friendly and professional imaging team.

As a valued member of our imaging team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Perform a range of ultrasound examinations.

  • Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure all patients feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit.

  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Background and experience

  • Current ASAR Accreditation with a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience.

  • Core competency in either, General, Small parts, MSK or Obstetrics.

  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

  • Strong attention to detail, technical competence, and a patient centered approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
