Dr Gary Cohen has been a radiologist in Australia for over 25 years working in the private sector along the East Coast throughout Victoria, ACT, NSW and Queensland. Previously a partner in a medium sized practice and was involved with a number of provider companies both corporate and radiologist owned. Gary worked in many practices from small stand alone to public and private hospitals of all sizes.

He was instrumental in establishing the medical Centre imaging business at the former Primary Health Care and was chosen regularly to represent the company in dealings with the College and Health Department. He was also their chosen representative to the Senate enquiry into Diagnostic Imaging.

Gary is currently working for several radiology groups where he acts both as a consultant radiologist and business advisor.

Loma is a healthcare management professional with over 20 years’ experience in Radiology business administration and general management.

Loma commenced her career as a Medical Radiation Practitioner and has held a variety of leadership and managerial positions encompassing state and national roles in the private Australian and international markets. This includes executive roles with Mayne Health/Symbion, Primary Healthcare, Healthscope and Philips Healthcare (Singapore) where she was Director Sales & Marketing APAC. She continues to be a consultant in the Radiology industry, working with both private providers and industry bodies such as the Australian Diagnostic Imaging Association and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists. Her most recent position was Chief Executive Officer of the Alfred Imaging Group in NSW.

Throughout her career, Loma has been responsible for acquisitions and mergers, business integrations, change management, operational auditing, and business recovery projects. Loma also has experience establishing greenfield sites and Radiology networks.

Loma lives in Sydney, holds a Diploma of Applied Science (medical radiation Tech, Diagnostic Radiography) and has a particular interest and expertise in governance, compliance, quality and is currently studying her Master’s in Business Law.

Kevin has had a distinguished career as a Senior Vice President with Bank One (now part of J P Morgan Chase).

In more recent times Kevin has established himself as professional non-executive Director previously serving as Deputy Chairman of Bendigo Adelaide Bank and Calgary headquartered Viterra Inc . He has been involved in some of Australia’s largest mergers and acquisitions.

In 2019 Kevin was awarded the AICD Distinguished Fellow award for his outstanding contribution to the progression of Australian Governance through is formal appointments and extended activities.

Nicholas Kohler has been in practice as an accountant since 2000, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2005.

Nick holds formal professional qualifications in accounting, finance, taxation and SMSF advice.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Finance (University of Adelaide), Graduate Diploma (ICAA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Master of Applied Taxation from the Australian School of Taxation (UNSW)

Nick is involved with a variety of industries including many professional clients with significant involvement in the medical sector. Nick is interested in developing a solid understanding of client’s businesses and working with them closely so that he can help them grow.

Bob had over 35 years experience in chief executive roles with Australian and multinational corporations, including South Asia.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he held lead roles in many M&A transactions in the technology distribution, industrial products and health sectors.

He served as a Director of North East Specialist Centres Pty Ltd (Health Assets), and as Chair at Logic Plus Pty Ltd (Information Technology) after selling to Efex, Minda Housing Ltd (Disability), and Tennyson Centre Property Trust (Health Asset).

He also held Chair roles at Adelaide Cancer Centre and Ashford Cancer Centre Research after selling these assets to ICON Ltd.

Bob was the Managing Director of his own small consultancy practice, Direct North Advisory and was Chair of a teleradiology operation with multinational scope.
