Carlisle Health Announces Multi-Year Strategic Collaboration with GE HealthCare to Support National Growth Strategy

Carlisle Health, one of Australia’s leading radiology providers, today announced a multi-year strategic collaboration with GE HealthCare to procure market-leading capital medical equipment in support of Carlisle’s commitment to improve patient access and provide high-quality care.

The agreement establishes GE HealthCare as a key strategic equipment vendor across Carlisle Health’s network and will underpin the organisation’s growth strategy, including greenfield developments, brownfield expansions, and acquisitions (M&A).

Through this relationship, Carlisle Health will gain streamlined access to GE HealthCare’s advanced diagnostic imaging portfolio, including MRI, CT, PET, ultrasound, X-ray and other precision imaging technologies. The agreement also encompasses lifecycle support, technology standardisation, long-term capital planning alignment and the establishment of world-class centres of excellence to ensure scalability and operational efficiency across the network.

Carlisle Health’s Chairman and Quadrant Private Equity Managing Partner, Gareth Woodbridge, said the relationship represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.

“This multi-year agreement with GE HealthCare strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality, accessible diagnostic imaging services to communities across Australia. As we continue to expand through greenfield developments, brownfield enhancements and strategic acquisitions, having a trusted, innovative equipment supplier is critical to maintaining clinical excellence and operational efficiency.”

GE HealthCare’s ANZ CEO, Leon Berkovich, said:
“We are proud to ally GE HealthCare with Carlisle Health in supporting their ambitious growth strategy. Our advanced imaging technologies and long-term service capabilities will help enable consistent, high-quality care delivery as Carlisle continues to scale its network.”

The collaboration supports Carlisle Health’s long-term objective of delivering accessible, high-quality radiology services while maintaining technological leadership and operational consistency across its expanding footprint.

By aligning capital investment planning with GE HealthCare’s innovation roadmap, Carlisle Health will be well positioned to deploy next-generation diagnostic solutions efficiently across new and existing sites.
